How will my order arrive? All of our products ship frozen with dry ice. Sausages are meant to be thawed before cooking.

How long do salmon sausages last in the fridge? Our salmon sausages last 28 days in the fridge, and longer if kept frozen.

Does your salmon contain mercury and PCBs? Our Atlantic Salmon comes from carefully regulated Norwegian farms and tests far below the allowable limits for mercury and PCBs. Unlike wild-caught salmon, the fish are fed a controlled diet of clean, traceable ingredients. Go ahead and eat as much as you want!

What is upcycling? Global food waste is an immense problem! While it takes many forms, simply put, upcycling is putting perfectly good food to its highest purpose. A lumpy tomato or a too-small peach may be called "imperfect". Half of seafood goes to waste, and so much of this is preventable. We use filets and pieces that simply do not fit the industry's rigid size and weight specs for portion products, creating delicious salmon burgers, sausages, and Happy Fish instead.
