  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb Blue Circle Raw Shrimp
  • 2 cups grated cheese; white cheddar, gruyere or swiss
  • 1 load baguette, toasted
  • 2 tbsp herbs; parsley or chives for garnish


  • Peel tails off of thawed shrimp, and pat dry
  • Melt 2 tbsp. of butter in a small cast iron skillet over medium heat
  • Add shrimp to the skillet and season with a pinch of salt. Sear all over until no longer pink, about 5 - 7 mins
  • Add 2 cups of grated cheese and broil until the cheese is melted and starting to brown and bubble
  • Remove from heat and garnish with herbs. Serve with toasted baguette
