It only takes a few minutes to build a balanced breakfast chock-full of healthy fats and brain and heart boosting omega-3s. It’s also completely customizable so feel free to add or subtract toppings to create your perfect bagel bite!

Ingredients

  • Blue Circle Norwegian Atlantic Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Everything Bagel
  • Dollop of cream cheese
  • Toppings such as: tomato, avocado, capers, dill, red onions

Instructions

  1. Slice bagel in half and toast, if desired.
  2. Layer with cream cheese spread and smoked salmon
  3. Add desired toppings and enjoy!
