Ingredients: Atlantic Salmon, Sea Salt, Garlic, Oregano, Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flake, Fennel Seed, Onion, Cayenne, Vegetable Casing (sodium alginate, konjac gum, guar gum).

Cooking Instructions: 

  • Stove Top: Fill a skillet with a ½ inch of water over medium heat.  Cook sausage for 6 mins, turning occasionally.  Drain water and brown for 2-3 mins, turning frequently.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 375º F.  Place sausage on a rimmed sheet pan and bake for 12 minutes.
  • Grill: Preheat grill to medium.  Place sausage on grill and close the lid.  Grill for 8 mins, turning frequently for even browning.
