Our Italian Salmon Sausage is the traditional fennel and red pepper flavor you know and love. Enjoy with your favorite condiments or as a one-dish skillet meal. The dinner possibilities are endless.

Ingredients: Atlantic Salmon, Sea Salt, Garlic, Oregano, Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flake, Fennel Seed, Onion, Cayenne, Vegetable Casing (sodium alginate, konjac gum, guar gum).

Cooking Instructions: 

  • Stove Top: Preheat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.  Heat sausages for 8 mins, turning occasionally for even browning.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 375º F.  Place sausage on a rimmed sheet pan and bake for 12 minutes.
  • Grill: Preheat grill to medium.  Place sausage on grill and close the lid.  Grill for 8 mins, turning frequently for even browning.

    Wow! Oh wow! OH WOW! These sausages absolutely blew me away! They’re absolutely amazing. The flavors are absolutely spot on and you can see the thick hunks of salmon in the sausages, making them so rich and hearty and just utterly perfect! They’re also amazingly filling and really are perfect just by themselves too. I am seriously astounded by how good these are and I will continue to order them because I just cannot get enough. Oh and the best part is… They’re sugar-free (well aside from the apple one)!!!
